1. What can you tell me about NIKU KIN's '100% Hokkaido Wagyu Beef'?
The NIKU KIN (肉金) Wagyu Beef is from Hokkaido. The Hokkaido's climate has fairly low temperatures throughout the seasons making it rich in nature. The fresh air, water, high- quality feed and loving care from the farmers makes the quality of the beef from Hokkaido so high.

The Niku Kin (肉金) Wagyu Beef is an exclusive brand direct from the Farm Chiyoda Blei Cho based 30 minutes away from Blei City, at Kasugadai, Biei-cho, Kamikawa-gun, Hokkaido. The farm was established in 2006, and has been successfully rearing top grade Black Wagyu Cows, distributing to many restaurants across Japan. Niku Kin (肉金) is the first of her kind, exported outside of Hokkaido and Japan; making her Asian debut in Singapore.

2. What differentiates NIKU KIN 肉金 from others?

NIKU KIN (肉金) Yakiniku Restaurant accumulatively serves 32 cuts of a Hokkaido Black Cow, from rib to rump, with different levels of marbling, fat content and umami intensity. These cows are reared on Farm Chiyoda situated in Biei-Cho, Hokkaido, which has a direct exclusive distribution contract with NIKU KIN (肉金). As we purchase the cows, rather than slabs of meat; hence educating more guests about different parts of the cow that everyone can enjoy to their individual liking. The restaurant also practise the farm to table concept, serving only the freshest & best Hokkaido Wagyu to our customers.
